San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) October 30, 2012
TERIS, a leading provider of eDiscovery and related litigation support and information governance solutions to corporations and law firms across the US and internationally, announced today the addition of three senior project management, forensic, and litigation technology professionals.
- Tim Weaver, Senior Forensic Consultant
- Greg Behan, Senior Project Manager
- Andrew Pierce, Litigation Technology Engineer
“TERIS strives to deliver the highest value to our clients with end-to-end solutions, from consulting and project management to innovative technologies,” said Kevin Brooks, President, TERIS Washington/California. “With these new additions to our team, the company can continue delivering for clients across all levels of need and technical expertise.”
Tim Weaver has joined TERIS as a senior forensic consultant responsible for the collection and analysis of digital evidence and data. Tim brings more than 20 years of experience as a computer forensic examiner and investigator, with primary expertise in collecting and analyzing digital evidence in a forensically appropriate manner and explaining the significance of forensic findings. Prior to joining TERIS, Weaver was operations manager and deputy lab director at the Silicon Valley Computer Forensic Laboratory for six years. He also served as district attorney senior investigator in Santa Clara County for eight years and as a police officer and detective at Newark PD for 20 years.
Weaver earned a master’s degree in public administration from California State University-Hayward and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice administration from San Jose State University. He is a member of the High Technology Crime Investigators Association (HTCIA), International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS), and a lifetime member of Optimist International (OI).
Greg Behan is an eDiscovery professional with an extensive litigation background and six years of document review and project management experience, completing nearly two dozen regulatory and corporate reviews for law firms in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco. As a senior project manager, he manages all aspects of the document review process for TERIS clients. Behan draws upon his trial experience as an assistant prosecutor and his comprehensive understanding of the eDiscovery litigation lifecycle to effectively manage the flow of data and create a review environment that maintains defensibility while extracting all material relevant to the development of the trial narrative.
Prior to joining TERIS, Behan was a project manager analyst at SFL Data in San Francisco, where he managed litigation workflows through their entire lifecycle—including data collections, processing, hosting and document review, productions, exception and defensibility reporting, and exhibit preparation. Behan received a bachelor’s degree in political science and a juris doctorate from West Virginia University, and has practiced law for more than ten years.
Andrew Pierce returns to TERIS as a litigation technology engineer, after serving the company as a project manager from 2005 to 2009. On the technology side, he has performed technical training for both the production and sales teams, and acted as the primary technical client contact and processing expert for projects of varying size, urgency, and complexity.

Pierce is certified in Nuix, kCura Relativity, IPRO eCapture, Mobious Extractiva, LexisNexis Concordance and Concordance FYI, IPRO Suite, FTK, and Summation.
