Orlando, Florida (PRWEB) October 30, 2012
Aircare Solutions Group announced today that they have launched a new safety-recognition program for charter companies. The program, called AircarePLUS, was created to help charter companies who make investments in passenger safety, promote this culture to customers and the market.
"We have charter companies that are constantly investing their hard earned profit into crewmember emergency procedures training and 24-7 worldwide tele-medical services with us, when the regulations don't state that they have to." said Jeffrey Roberts, CEO of Aircare Solutions Group. "These operations are going beyond the minimum regulatory requirements to ensure passenger safety, and in most cases their customers don't even know this. We want to create a program that makes the charter consumer aware that these companies are exceptional."
AircarePLUS status is obtained when an entire charter aircraft crew, including pilots and flight attendants, hold current training certificates from Aircare FACTS for crewmember emergency procedures training; and the aircraft has Aircare Access Assistance 24-7 tele-medical services available to passengers.
The AircarePLUS designation promotes the strong culture of safety within these charter operations, and creates a consumer-facing identity. By clicking links on the charter's website, customers are able to read more about the training the crewmembers receive and also the support services available to them in-flight as part of Aircare Access Assistance.
As of October, 2012, several prominent charter companies have achieved AircarePLUS status including, Galvin Flying, M&N Aviation and Priester Aviation. Aircare Solutions Group plans to announce additional organizations as these charter companies work to become eligible.
"At Priester Aviation we have a long-standing history of putting passenger safety above anything else." said Andy Priester, President of Priester Aviation in Wheeling, Illinois. "With all of the ratings available to show that we meet certain requirements and standards, it's wonderful to now have a method of showing our customers that we actually exceed the requirements in areas of passenger safety."
WYVERN Consulting has endorsed the AircarePLUS program and has announced a partnership with Aircare Solutions Group to develop data exchange for pilot and flight attendant records. "We are happy to join with AircarePlus in highlighting those operators who continue to go the extra miles in ensuring their operations are functioning at the highest safety standards" says Brent Moldowan, Managing Director. "This partnership is a natural collaboration as WYVERN systems are designed to provide real-time validation of an operator's fleet and crew information. Charter operators in the WYVERN Wingman audited operator program that also have the AircarePLUS designation will certainly sit in a highly regarded industry position."
Aircare Solutions Group is exhibiting at NBAA in booth #3966. More information on the AircarePLUS program can be found at http://www.aircareplus.aero.
