Autotask CCPs must complete a rigorous training and testing program before receiving certification, and are required to participate in ongoing training programs to maintain their certified status.
Power Consulting, a New York City–based IT Services provider, brings extensive experience from building a highly successful Managed Services business, as well as consulting on best practices using Autotask. Ronnie Parisella, Power Consulting’s Director of Business Development, is a founding member of the Certified Consulting Partner program, and also leads the Autotask Tri-State Area User Group.
