Cyber-crime is on the rise with trade secret, intellectual property, credit card, and identity information theft all making front page news. Nevertheless, many companies are still scrambling to respond to attacks and data breaches because they are inadequately prepared to respond to these incidents. With regulations and some state data breach laws requiring as little as 24-hour notice, organizations should have a detailed incident response plan in place so they know what to do and can to do it quickly when a cyber-attack occurs. In this educational webinar, Peter Roman will explain:

  •      How to think strategically about incidents
  •      How to prepare for incidents
  •      Who to contact when an incident occurs
  •      What evidence is necessary to help in prosecution
