Xoom Corporation, a global online money transfer provider, won the grand prize in this year’s ANA Multicultural Excellence Awards, presented Monday night in Miami. Leading Hispanic advertising agency, Dieste, and Xoom submitted a winning entry in the Hispanic category for the “Save the Pigs” campaign; specifically winning as 2012 best campaign developed to reach Hispanic consumers from among seventy-five entries. The three finalists in the Hispanic category included Xoom with the agency Dieste, General Motors with Latin Works, and Kraft Foods North America with McGarry Bowen.
