The Chi Center's new, free online speaker "In Conversation" series, brings Master Mingtong Gu and notable experts together to examine the key role of the heart in mental, emotional, and spiritual evolution from the perspective of Qigong and other eastern and western teachings. This free online speaker series provides the Wisdom of why to open the heart for self and the world. This free series also provides the Practice Tools of how to begin doing it. Master Gu has invited respected leaders, teachers and visionaries in the fields of science, wellness and spirituality to join him in thought-provoking and educational conversations on the heart.
In the ancient Qigong tradition the role of the heart is key to wellness and a joyful life. Master Gu states "Open your heart, ignite the flame in your being and awaken the natural flow of life energy in your heart. When your heart opens, your health, your joy and the world around you changes".
Master Gu will be joined on Nov 6 by Marci Shimoff to explore "How to Love for No Reason", and on Nov. 13 by James O'Dea for "How Life's Challenges Teach Your Heart". Other speakers include Jean Houston, Sharon Salzberg, Janet Attwood, James Baraz, Ken Cohen and others.
