Most recently Bloom served as Western USA Sales Manager at Bombardier Business Aircraft. He was the primary interface between customers and executive leadership at the company. During his tenure he was responsible for selling the full line of Global, Challenger and Learjet brands. As sales manager he successfully completed complex business transactions on behalf of companies and private individuals.

Prior to this, Bloom directed the Business Aircraft operations for Qwest Communications International Inc., a Fortune 500 communications company. As the Director of Flight Operations he was responsible for approximately $100 million dollars in assets and budget and managed a staff of two dozen aviation professionals. Aside from his management skills, he is an accomplished pilot with more than 16,000 flight hours in a wide variety of business jet aircraft.
