Challenges of their current IT Situation
Earlier this year, PCU was unexpectedly faced with replacing key IT staff. Due to the increasing complexity of IT systems, requirements for 24x7 IT staff availability, and the rapid pace of business change, PCU’s IT staff was finding it increasingly difficult to both maintain and enhance its IT infrastructure.
