Each year, the family and staff at Baue honors those who have survived and lost their fight with breast cancer through contributions to families and organizations throughout St. Charles and St. Louis, MO. This month, along with those contributions, the staff at our St. Charles Funeral Homes wore pink for the entire month of October.
If you look around any of our 3 Funeral Homes or in the St. Louis Post and St. Charles Journal you’ll see a photo of the Baue staff that states: “Pink is in, Breast cancer is out,” with Baue staff members supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month by wearing pink scarves and ties!
“We’ve seen firsthand the terrible effects of breast cancer among members of our own families,” stated Lisa Baue, “That has committed us to raising awareness and money to find a cure for a disease that strikes one in every eight women in our county.”
It is important for Lisa, and the rest of the Baue Family to offer services to honor loved ones throughout the year, especially during the holiday season when memories can sometimes cause many emotions. Beginning Tuesday, December 4th, Baue Funeral Homes, Crematory & Cemetery will hold 4 Holiday Remembrance Candlelight Programs. Learn more about these programs here.
