The National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS), the leading association for the mortgage field service industry, has launched its Business Resource Center Webinar Series. The monthly webinars are available free of charge to all NAMFS members and are recorded to be a valuable resource for members throughout the year.

The first webinar given on October 25, 2012 covered the best practices of risk mitigation related to hiring various classifications (employees to subcontractors), insights into contracts, and how these practices have the potential to impact insurance policies and coverage. The importance of education, training, record keeping were also highlighted. NAMFS partnered with industry experts Adriana Farelo-Fernandez, President of The Farelo Group and Vicki Boser,Principle of InsuranceTek Inc who fully understand the needs of the members and the mortgage field service industry.

Future webinars will educate on topics such as technology, CRM systems, marketing, employee motivation, claims and insurance. Each webinar will end with an in-depth Q&A session, providing attendees with personalized recommendations that fit their particular business. We are pleased to be able to offer continuing benefits to our growing membership.
