Just in time for holiday, Duroque, the new 1,200-square foot boutique from interior designer Olga Rechdouni, ASID, has launched a line of exquisitely chic, locally-made dog beds. Twelve ready-to-purchase styles are currently on display (with more in production), however clients can also choose to customize the designs with over 500 fabrics, a wide variety of nail heads, fasteners and Swarovski crystals. Ten percent from the sale of each bed will be given to a local animal rescue agency.
In addition to the dog beds, customers can find whimsical locally-made furniture, Murano glass lighting, modern reclaimed wood and aluminum wall hangings, accessories such as inlaid trays, handmade decorative pillows and sculpted wax candles, to name a few.
“My dogs are very special to me and I wanted to create something wonderful for them,” noted Rechdouni, owner of Duroque. “When I designed the line, I really just let my imagination go and tried to come up with styles that worked in many different kinds of homes.”
Duroque is located at 634 ½ N. Robertson Boulevard, West Hollywood, CA. Store hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 11am to 7pm, Sunday 12pm to 5pm and by appointment on Monday.
