EZ Wellness LLC has announced it will now be posting HCG diet approved recipes daily to their blog. These recipes contain only HCG diet approved foods, and come in proportions appropriate for The HCG Diet. On top of this they post tips and suggestions on how to have the greatest success while on the HCG diet.
“The HCG Diet has a very specific protocol that the user must follow exactly, says Dave Sherwin, owner of EZ Wellness LLC. “Many of our customers have found it difficult to make up meals with only approved foods, so, we have decided to find and post recipes for them.”
The recipes posted aim to be flavorful, simple, and appealing. Also, EZ Wellness LLC tries to find recipe substitutes for foods HCG dieters may be missing; Pizza Substitute, is a great example of this. Some of their most recent recipes include: Chicken Fajitas, Chili, Meatloaf, Steak Salad, Crockpot Swiss Steak, and Citrus Steamed Fish. They have posted also, a list of approved foods for each phase of the HCG diet, and a list of approved spices and seasonings.
“We want to make our customers HCG experience as enjoyable as possible,” says Sherwin. “The diet already requires a lot of discipline to follow; we want to make it quick and easy for our customers to find meals to make throughout the diet.”
The HCG Diet continues to be a popular and successful way to lose weight. Most report weight loss of 20-30 lbs per 21-day cycle.
