Sanford, FL (PRWEB) October 02, 2012
Like many courts, Wayne County struggled for years to keep up with increased caseloads while relying on antiquated technology and outdated processing systems. Faced with these challenges, the Courts initiated a search for a cost effective solution to expand public services while also bringing together the many departments within the court. After evaluating numerous systems in a rigorous RFP process, the Wayne County Courts committee selected the Benchmark case management system from Pioneer Technology Group (PTG).
The new technology will transform the court, eliminating delays created from the old process of approving and moving paper files from department to department. Instead, all departments within the court will now have immediate, real time access to case files in a paperless environment that includes online access, electronic case filing, electronic signatures, and a wide array of additional efficiencies.
"We conducted an exhaustive search for a new case management system that incorporated fully integrated document management, electronic filing and public access" said Tim Neal, Wayne County Clerk of Courts. “ Benchmark, from Pioneer Technology, definitely impressed us as the most comprehensive and cost effective solution, and one that would meet the needs of all of our Wayne County Courts."
"We're thrilled that Wayne County has selected Pioneer Technology Group and Benchmark as its case management system" said Steve Rumsey, President of PTG. "The committee performed tremendous due diligence in their evaluation, and we consider it a real badge of honor to be selected by Wayne County. As PTG continues to grow and enter new markets, this selection confirms our ability to provide state of the art systems that are still cost effective while meeting the ever changing needs of the courts and the communities that they serve."
