Author Meredith E. Greenwood has thoughtfully crafted one of the best "real-life" fiction novels of all time. From page one, readers will be sucked in by realism, and will be left feeling as if they were right there in each scene. Each word, every sentence, and the turn of each page brings the reader one step closer into the lives of Faith, Grace, and Hope. It's hard to believe this is fiction.
The writing style of Faith, Grace, and Hope is interesting, and the format is unique. The novel is comprised of three separate stories, each written in the form of letters. These letters, with their powerful messages, go beyond being "deep" and they all come together under one title to touch the reader's heart.
Faith, Grace, and Hope is an inspiring novel that proves how only God can heal old wounds as three women battle with forgiveness, trust, and finding peace. As dead secrets are unburied, and their troubled pasts are revealed...God reveals his power. These letters are a reminder that what is broken can be mended by having unwavering Faith, by remaining beneath the covering of God's amazing Grace, and by never losing Hope.
Meredith wrote this novel to remind the world that trials are real, struggles exist, people go through troubling situations, and we all have problems. But, there is a solution...God. "We all have a story," the author said. "We all have our own journey, our own reasons, and our own beginnings. Regardless of the trial suffered by the women in this book, the characters are relatable; every reader will identify in some way. And what's awesome, is that in the midst of everything these women endured, God was right there pushing them towards their victory."
Meredith E. Greenwood has been creating thought-provoking poetry and short stories since preschool. She is in the process of writing her second fiction novel to be released in 2013. A native of Milwaukee, WI, and later a resident of Durant, MS, she currently resides in Houston, TX with her family.
