A New Loan Program from Mortgage Hands that Gets Lenders to Pay for Appraisals

Mortgage Hands is rolling out a new program for participating mortgage companies and mortgage brokers requiring them to pay for appraisal fees for new home purchases.

In early 2012 Mortgage Hands launched a nationwide program designed to connect potential homebuyers with lenders and title companies who are willing to reduce rates and in some cases points for participation in the program. Mortgage Hands started its program by providing home loans in Fort Worth and quickly expanded to provide loan and title options to customers through most of the United States. The newest push is a recent launch of a program that requires participating mortgage companies to pay for customer’s appraisal fees.

To this point all of the current companies receiving leads from the Mortgage Hands program have been willing to comply with this new program. As an affiliate or lead generation program Mortgage Hands is not a new idea in the mortgage industry but where as many traditional lead programs provide database lists of cold leads the program they provide connects directly with consumers searching on the internet for deals on mortgage rates and title fees. This has given them a quality customer base looking to make a decision within a short period of time. This type of “warm lead” tends to be a hot commodity in the mortgage industry and is the reason why Mortgage Hands can continue to ask the loan providers and title companies to provide a high percentage of the normal fees that would be charge to a new home buyer to be either reduced or eliminated.

Mortgage Hands has been able to gain a substantial presence online in a relatively short period of time due to its partnership with a web marketing company, Compass Solutions International. A Hong Kong based company that is focused on online marketing and consulting, Compass has dedicated a large portion of its company’s resources to getting this new project off the ground.

Currently Mortgage Hands customers get reduced fees on refinancing as well as new home purchases but to this point the main focus of the marketing has been to target new mortgages. In the next two months Compass Solutions International is planning on rolling out a new marketing campaign that will target homeowners who are looking to refinance. Compass CEO, Cathy Li, said, “we are excited to be a part of the refinancing boom and we feel like the program that Mortgage Hands will be providing for refinancing will make our job easy.”
