Epicurean Delights to Host Classes from Ultimate Cake Off Winner

Epicurean Delights is a company dedicated to empowering individuals to find their inner artist. The Seacoasts premiere studio for cake decorating, candy supplies and confectionery art education will be hosting classes by TLC’s Ultimate Cake Off winner, Susan Carberry. Classes will be offered October 31st-Nov 3rd, 2012 at the Epicurean Delights studio in North Hampton, NH.

If you missed out on her classes the first time around, you won’t want to miss the line-up we’ve scheduled this time!”

Carberry, the owner of The Cake Cottage in Murrieta, CA and winner of the $10,000 prize on TLC’s Ultimate Cake Off, will be teaching 6 classes at Epicurean Delights. The first two classes are scheduled on Wednesday, Oct 31st, where students will create a Halloween themed buttercream cake as well as a 3D Snowman Cookie class. The third and fourth classes are scheduled for Thursday, Nov 1st starting at 10am and will feature two-three hour classes where students will make fall inspired buttercream cakes, focused on building their piping skills. A full day class on Friday Nov 2nd has students creating stacked cakes in the shape of pumpkins as well as modeling squirrels out of fondant. The last class is scheduled for Saturday Nov 3rd and will focus on an array of holiday cookie decorating techniques. The day will end with an hour long demonstration on how to create a standup reindeer made completely out of chocolate.
