Stock Construction has selected Marc-Michaels Interior Design Inc. as the interior design firm for the Greenbriar II model home at Majorca in the Fiddler’s Creek master-planned community.
The team at Marc-Michaels Interior Design will inspire casual elegance throughout the single-family residence, overseeing space planning, material specification, interior detailing and furniture acquisition. The award-winning firm has been providing imaginative interior design and merchandising services for clients on an international level for more than 26 years.
The Greenbriar II is a single-story residence offering 2,949 air-conditioned square feet. The home features a split floor plan consisting of three bedrooms and four baths designed around a centrally located living room with adjoining kitchen with nook and family room. The Greenbriar II also offers a formal dining room and a study conveniently located near the front entrance.
The Greenbriar II is currently priced starting at $629,990. The fully furnished model home will showcase numerous upgrades, including an optional pool package and outdoor kitchen area. Completion of the model home is expected this fall and it may be purchased as a leaseback for $1,111,497.
Majorca is a distinctive village of just 19 single-family residences. Most of the home sites have been positioned to maximize the stunning views of The Creek championship golf course.

The Pinehurst II is a one-story residence encompassing 2,890 air-conditioned square feet. The model also will offer a separate cabana bedroom with attached bath. The base price of the Pinehurst II is currently $654,990.
Each residence within the village of Majorca will offer three front elevations from which to choose. The exteriors of each home will be constructed of steel reinforced concrete block and will include cement tile roofs. Each residence also will feature a spacious three-car garage.
Standard interior features will include upgraded wood cabinets in the kitchen and baths, granite kitchen countertops and bathroom vanity tops, deep soaker tubs in the master bath with a separate glass enclosed shower, and designer bathroom fixtures.
