Console, a 1992 graduate of the Rutgers University School of Law and Richter Merit Scholarship recipient, founded his law firm just two years later in 1994. Since that time, his successful practice has expanded into New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and now New York. When asked about his motivations for growing his firm into one of the nation’s largest legal markets, Console pointed out his ultimate goal has always been helping those in need.

Console’s efforts in personal injury law have not gone unnoticed by his peers in the legal community. He’s received multiple awards and invites to national organizations, including recognition as one of the top 100 trial lawyers in New Jersey by the National Trial Lawyers Association. He’s also obtained membership in the exclusive Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an association that only admits trial lawyers who’ve obtained million and multi-million dollar verdicts for their clients. Console has built a strong legal team composed of experienced Freehold Township personal injury attorneys, who have in-depth knowledge of insurance company denial tactics as. Two of the firm’s attorneys, Michael E. Ellery and Richard J. Hollawell, have worked in the industry as both a defense attorney and adjuster respectively for some of the nation’s largest insurance providers.
