Los Angeles-based manufacturer and retailer of high quality office, classroom and healthcare furniture VersaTables is now offering two new accessories compatible with its popular Fusion Cart: the Backup Battery Enclosure and the Surge Protector Enclosure.

VersaTables, the leader in American-made classroom, office, and medical furniture, announced today that the company has extended its line of accessories for its popular, high-quality, mobile Fusion Cart. The Fusion Cart is a unique, space-saving solution designed to mobilize and secure expensive computers and equipment. With two independently adjustable, scratch-resistant laminated wood surfaces (12" x 16" and 8" x 24") the Fusion Cart is perfect for users of all heights. The top platform is height-adjustable from 43" to 56" while the lower platform adjusts from 36" to 49" using an easy pop-pin adjustment system.

“The superb design and solid construction consists of a steel H-shaped base, push handle, rubber-coated casters that lock in place to prevent unwanted movement even when supporting heavy equipment,” says John-Paul Nelson, Director of Business Development at VersaTables. “The CPU holder, monitor platform, and keyboard platform also rotate independently allowing the user to tailor the Basic Fusion Cart to his or her needs.”

And now that Fusion Cart is even more convenient to use with the addition of the Battery Backup Enclosure and the Surge Protector Enclosure. “The Surge Protector Enclosure is designed to contain and protect any standard power strip or surge protector from splashes, drips and spills from above that would otherwise potentially damage the power outlets and/or create a dangerous electrical situation,” Nelson explains. “Each Surge Protector Enclosure includes cable management holes in the front, back, and sides, and the units can easily be mounted onto any Fusion Cart manufactured by VersaTables. The Battery Backup Enclosure does the same thing, except it protects the battery and therefore is a little larger.”

These two new accessories represent only a fraction of the new products VersaTables is now offering. The company has recently extended its line to include computers, monitors, power components, and new furniture pieces as well. “We’ve been working on some of these new products for a long time,” Del Toro says. “It takes a long time for us to develop, test, and trouble-shoot these products. We don’t put them on our site, ready to sell to the public until we’re sure they will stand up to our Lifetime Guarantee.”
