Macclesfield, UK (PRWEB UK) 2 October 2012
Fiesta has gone even greener with its latest model, which is equipped with six powertrains with sub-100g/km carbon dioxide emissions.
It is clear that this line of thought has zoomed its way into the twenty-first century, guiding the manufacture of the new model.
Car Loan 4U Co-Director Ryan Dignan comments;
“The new Fiesta will boast six powertrains for the UK which deliver low emissions and return from 65.7mpg – and customers will also be able to select an ECOnetic Technology variant which will deliver 87g/km carbon dioxide emissions and return 85.6mpg.
“The low emissions are not only kind to the environment but also save you money, as you will be exempt from road tax and the London Congestion Charge. Like all Fiestas before it we anticipate demand to be huge for this vehicle.”
Ford’s Auto-Start-Stop system – which automatically shuts off the engine when the vehicle is at idle, and restarts it when necessary – will be available with three of the powertrains as standard: the 1.0-litre EcoBoost, 1.0-litre petrol and 1.6-litre Duratorq TDCi ECOnetic Technology.
In addition to being environmentally-savvy, the new Fiesta features a sharper design, including laser-cut headlamps integrating LED technology and a power-dome bonnet. The interior has also been updated, with relocated switch gear and new materials, interfaces and displays.
Poised to appear in showrooms in 2013, the new model has been tweaked to provide a smoother ride. With new chassis and suspension components, together with an improved Ford Electronic Power Assisted Steering system, handling is easier than ever.
The new Ford Fiesta will be priced from £9,795 on-the-road in the UK. If this sounds a bit steep but you are desperate to get your hands on the new model, the best Ford car finance deals are available from car finance experts Car Loan 4U, with rates starting from just 7.9% APR.
