Our goal is to give attendees the knowledge and solutions they need to improve facility performance and save time in their daily responsibilities
Austin, TX (PRWEB) October 02, 2012
MicroMain Corporation, an industry leader in maintenance and facility management software and services, announces its 12th Annual User Conference, set for October 16 – 17, 2012. The conference gives MicroMain’s user-base the opportunity to discover new ways to streamline their maintenance processes using the company’s award-winning software.
“We look forward to the event every year,” said MicroMain President Pat Conroy, who founded the company in 1991. “It’s a great way to celebrate our customers and meet them face-to-face.”
The two-day conference is perfect for facility management professionals responsible for using MicroMain’s CMMS and CAFM software. Throughout the conference, attendees will participate in classes and demonstrations, listen to renowned guest speakers, and benefit from hands-on, one-on-one advice from MicroMain’s expert training staff. There will also be discussions on industry best practices and informative Q&A sessions.
The Conference Kickoff session will include a special guest presentation from Marshall Institute's Senior Consultant, Dr. John L. Ross. The Marshall Institute, an asset management consulting and training company, is partnering with MicroMain through events , blogs, and webinars. Dr. Ross’ presentation at the conference will focus on achieving World Class Maintenance in order to help organizations thrive.
MicroMain’s newest software release will be launched at the conference, giving attendees a chance to train on the latest version of the company’s computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) software. The new version of MicroMain Maintenance has a brand new look and feel, which attendees will experience first-hand.
The Users Conference has also become an opportunity for maintenance professionals to enjoy some of the famous attractions in Austin, Texas, which is often called the “Live Music Capital of the World.” This year's “customer appreciate night” will be held at Esther's Follies, Austin's famous comedy and magic institution. Previous attendees have attended music concerts, taken part in bowling tournaments, and enjoyed improv comedy shows.
Based on the near-record number of registrations, MicroMain expects its 2012 Users Conference to be one the biggest and most exciting events in the company’s history.
“Our goal is to give attendees the knowledge and solutions they need to improve facility performance and save time in their daily responsibilities,” Conroy said. “And we put in every effort to ensure they have a great time while they’re visiting us in Austin.”
