How does President Obama have a campaign theme of quote forward-when he has left so many US homeowners, and their children behind in Florida, Virginia, and the US Southeast-stuck in toxic Chinese drywall hell?

The Homeowners Consumer Center is one of the leading independent consumer protection advocates in the US for homeowners. The group has been relentless in their efforts, and or attempts to get federal disaster relief, or assistance for the 100,000's of US homeowners, who live in, or were forced to move out of a home that contains toxic Chinese drywall in Florida, Virginia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Southeast Texas since 2009. To date there have been no meaningful federal, or state disaster relief programs, or initiatives to assist what the Homeowners Consumer Center is convinced is the worst environmental disaster for US homeowners ever-involving 100,000's of homes. Again, President Obama has yet to mention the toxic Chinese drywall disaster involving 100,000's of homeowners in the US Southeast-one time in public? The Homeowners Consumer Center is now asking, " How does President Obama ignore this environmental disaster? We have a couple hundred thousand homes in Florida, and the US Southeast with a toxic Chinese imported building product-that is so toxic it will eat holes in copper air conditioning coils. The federal government allowing the toxic Chinese drywall disaster to turn into the Wild West-with no rules is not working. Help Wanted!" http://HomeownersConsumerCenter.Com
The Homeowners Consumer Center is urging the US Congress, the Obama Administration, and federal agencies to respond to the toxic Chinese drywall disaster in Florida, Virginia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Southeast Texas-now-with meaningful Presidential leadership that includes the US EPA, and the Centers for Disease Control. The Homeowners Consumer Center says, "Fannie Mae, and major banks need to stop selling toxic Chinese drywall home foreclosures-with As Is being the only disclosure. There needs to be an immediate moratorium on the sale of toxic Chinese drywall foreclosures in any state. Further, the US EPA needs to conduct an immediate study to determine if toxic Chinese drywall homes can even be fixed, and if so-establish an iron clad remediation protocol. Finally, the Centers for Disease Control needs to immediately begin a study related to the long term health consequences related to daily exposure to toxic Chinese drywall. It really is time for hope, and something has to change for these homeowners." http://HomeownersConsumerCenter.Com
