Dallas, TX (PRWEB) October 01, 2012
RMKRA today announced its investment in MCFMAX, a newly created provider of infrastructure for the information highway under the leadership of CEO & President Ramon A. Guerra, Jr., a long time veteran and executive in the IT outsourcing field.
MCFMAX in turn has committed to purchase the entire 4th floor of 2020 Live Oak Street, Dallas, Texas consisting of 10,778 square feet partially occupied by XO Communications and Unified Infrastructure Services (“UIS”). Privately held RMKRA did not disclose any further financial details of the transaction, other than to state that MCFMAX will utilize SBA financing for a majority of the purchase price. The deal is conditioned on customary due diligence and the finalization of the business condominium regime for 2020 Live Oak Street. Guerra stated that he was approached earlier this year with the concept and the financing.
RMKRA CEO Jay Looney said “the investment was strategic and a prototype for the future development, ownership, management, and delivery of such infrastructure to a facility-starved industry. In this economy, we intend to satisfy demand for reliable infrastructure at a good price without layers of middle-men needlessly increasing costs.” For more information on RMKRA, please visit http://www.rmkra.com.
