Terry Pitts – Mr. Pitts has been in the healthcare technology marketplace for over 40 years where he has led, participated, or managed over 30 buy and sell transactions. Mr. Pitts has worked on the payor side, the provider side, and the vendor side of the marketplace. He has either founded or been the CEO of five technology based companies during his career.

Mark Thomas – Mr. Thomas is a financial and operating executive with over 30 years of experience, principally in the healthcare and insurance industries. He is skilled in turnaround situations and in M&A transactions for both private and public companies.

Mike Davis – Mr. Davis has over 37 years of healthcare experience that include executive level positions with Gartner and HIMSS Analytics and has spent over a decade as an analyst of the healthcare IT industry.


R. Scott Holbrook – Mr. Holbrook is a 38 year healthcare technology veteran for both vendor and healthcare provider organizations and currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Medicity.     Mr. Holbrook is a founder and one of the owners of KLAS. He has served in executive positions at IHC, GTE, Sunquest Information Systems, Integrated Medical Networks and Park City Solutions.

David E. Garets – Mr. Garets advises The Advisory Board Company's senior executive team regarding the intersection of healthcare and information technology, and supports the Health Care IT Suite. In addition to serving as CIO, he has served as president and CEO of HIMSS Analytics, Executive Vice President of HIMSS and has held executive positions at Healthlink, Inc. and Gartner, Inc.

Ronald L. Johnson – Mr. Johnson has been in healthcare systems for over 45 years. After twenty years in senior sales positions with several healthcare system vendors, Mr. Johnson established his own consulting company in 1981. Addressing the industry’s need for system comparisons, Mr. Johnson published evaluations of major healthcare systems and an annual healthcare systems market forecast for over 25 years.
