Syracuse, NY (PRWEB) October 03, 2012
Highfield Call Centers, a Syracuse-based firm specializing in call center business and outsourced services, recently won a major account with Superior Plus/Griffith Energy, a global company with U.S. headquarters in Rochester, NY, to provide inbound call center services.
According to Highfield president and CEO Joseph Randall Bonacci, Highfield has added five new employees, bringing its staff to 70 and expects to add up to 40 more by the end of 2012. The company has also opened a new facility at 5990 Drott Drive in East Syracuse where the Superior Plus/Griffith Energy work will be performed.
Superior Plus/Griffith Energy is a full-service, global energy company providing heating oil, diesel fuels, propane, gasoline and natural gas. Highfield is providing after-hours call center services to Superior Plus/Griffith Energy customers throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic for urgent needs and emergencies, as well as handling crisis overflow during weekdays. Bonacci said Highfield anticipates supplying more daytime support services to Superior Plus/Griffith Energy in the near future.
“We’re very excited to add the energy sector, especially a fine company like Superior Plus/ Griffith Energy, to our family of clients,” Bonacci said. Highfield currently provides services to, among others, pharmaceutical, animal health and energy clients including inbound and outbound sales and customer service call center services, answering services, data entry, and telephone research and survey administration.
Bonacci, who received an M.B.A. from Syracuse University in 1994, returned to Syracuse in 2009 after working on assignments throughout the U.S. and abroad in financial management and business operations within the pharmaceutical industry. His commitment to his hometown, he says, is not simply about growing and running a business. “My employees and I want my clients to know that we are dedicated to providing the highest possible level of specialized services to each of them at highly competitive pricing,” he said.
“I also want to make a positive impact on the Syracuse community,” Bonacci said. “To that end, he has purchased and is rehabbing properties on Syracuse’s North Side in the “Little Italy” district, where Highfield corporate headquarters is located. “A professional goal of mine is to help make this part of Syracuse a vibrant business and residential district, he said.
