Our goal is to make sure businesses all over the country avoid the fines and penalties associated with falling out of compliance.
United States (PRWEB) October 01, 2012
During the month of September, seven different states made updates to their workplace compliance documents. Among them, New Hampshire made its second update in as many months. The others were Iowa, New Jersey, Oregon, Oklahoma, Maine, and Louisiana.
In brief, the following documents have updated their language or information. That means the new versions of the posters listed below will have to be displayed. These changes, like always, are reflected in all the respective posters sold at USPosterCompliance.com. The new documents are:
-New Hampshire Whistleblowers' Protection Act
-Louisiana Independent Contractor or Employee Poster
-Maine Unemployment Compensation Document
-Oklahoma Discrimination in the Workplace Poster
-Oregon Minimum Wage Poster
-New Jersey Anti-Discrimination Poster
-Iowa Unemployment Insurance Document
The required deadlines for posting these documents may differ, and that's why US Poster Compliance offers a Contact Page for its customers. "Our company's goal is to make sure businesses all over the country avoid the fines and penalties associated with falling out of compliance," said Sean Lukasik, co-owner of US Poster Compliance. "Similar to updating the registration on your vehicle every so often, these documents are required to make sure your business and its employees are up to date with new laws and policies."
US Poster Compliance may be contacted directly through their website. "We are happy to verify that you and your business are posting the latest, most current information," said Brandon Eaton, co-owner of US Poster Compliance. "We're here to make it easy so you can get back to doing what you do best."
