*Customizable user preference options for the navigation menu layout, data views, color theme and user's time zone
*Document management tool to upload, view and delete documents or pictures attached to transaction records
*Discussion notepads for clients to collaborate amongst themselves and/or with RealManage staff without having to keep track of discussions in email
*Full YTD revenue and expense detail versus budget, by fund, with variance and budget notes, and the ability to drill into the account detail transactions
*Extensive on-line help features, educational tools and FAQs
