C-Level Consulting Firm Will Continue to Help Clients Integrate Leadership, Culture and Strategy to Produce Transformative and Sustainable Results

ConvergencyPartners LLC, which helps c-level teams in a wide range of companies and industries perform better by integrating leadership, culture and strategy that produce sustainable and transformative results, announced today that it has added Winnie da Silva as a Principal and Senior Consultant of the newly opened ConvergencyPartners New York City office.

da Silva is an expert in leadership development, change management, training facilitation and design, organizational development, project and program management, and executive coaching. Some of her clients include: Barclays, HSBC, Time Warner Cable, Li & Fung USA, Symantec, FAA, Bovis Lend Lease and Actus Lend Lease, and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.

“Winnie brings nearly 20 years of experience as an executive and management consultant,” said John Boyle, CEO and Founder of ConvergencyPartners. “She understands the complexities of empowering people to execute strategy and the nuances of creating convergent leaders and companies. I have seen Winnie in action. She closely collaborates and partners with her clients to understand their business, identify primary and underlying issues, outline current and desired future states, and identify business risks. She then designs and implements strategic solutions that blend leadership, people and organizational levers.”

Earlier in her career, Winnie held positions with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in the Change Management practice; at Andersen, she helped client companies create, execute and enhance business strategies. Her clients included: American Greetings, Metavante, Tyson Foods, Sears, Allstate, and Bovis Lend Lease. Winnie has also held the post of national Director of Learning and Development for Bovis Lend Lease. In this role, she designed and executed leadership programs in partnership with Columbia Business School, and she managed several HR projects in talent and performance management. Winnie has also coached senior executives, designed and implemented several training programs, and created a national succession-planning program. In 2005, Winnie left Bovis Lend Lease to start her own consulting business.

“We view Winnie and our New York presence as huge positives that will impact our clients and the growth of our business,” explained Boyle. “A wide range of clients in the New York region are seeking to deliver outstanding results by getting more out of what they have, and they then want to capitalize on those opportunities. Winnie represents an influential and powerful force, for both ConvergencyPartners and our clients.”
