Not only has Doug been involved in almost every aspect of the mortgage industry for more than two decades, he is also well known and well liked across this tight knit community for his leadership, professionalism and knowledge.
Herndon, VA (PRWEB) October 02, 2012
Salataris, a Washington D.C.-based consulting and advisory firm for financial services and mortgage banking organizations, hired Doug Danko as a managing partner. Danko comes from MERSCORP® Holdings where he has been the senior sales executive since 2007, but joined the company in 1998.
As the Customer Group Executive at MERSCORP, Danko was responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing and customer relations for over 4,000 members. He will apply this experience at Salataris by helping its clients grow their customer base and market share through strategic sales and innovative marketing programs.
As managing partner at Salataris, Danko's initial priority will be helping servicers around the country comply with the MERSCORP Annual Reporting requirement. As reported two weeks ago, Gary Vandeventer joined Salataris and is unquestionably the leading subject matter expert when it comes to MERS®. Danko will also help build out three national lending platforms for Salataris clients, as well as our national minority-owned title company we are assembling with a partner.
“Not only has Doug been involved in almost every aspect of the mortgage industry for more than two decades, he is also well known and well liked across this tight knit community for his leadership, professionalism and knowledge,” said Craig Chapman Salataris founder and managing partner. “He comes to us with invaluable industry experience which will be a vital part in our growth going forward.”
