Today InterAct announced the release of InterAct Online RMS version 10.13, featuring a Custom Fields and Forms tool and advanced Ad-hoc Reporting capabilities. These reporting enhancements empower administrators to customize data capture and easily generate user-customized reports to support day to day operational needs specific to their agencies. The release also includes a new Vehicle Tow and Impound module as well as support for FBI NDEx submissions.

Many customer driven feature requests are incorporated in release 10.13 including enhanced evidence workflows and cross-agency searching capabilities. These features are available anywhere, anytime to all InterAct Online RMS customers from any computer or mobile data terminal with an Internet connection.
