Dog lovers are sure to have enjoyed the movie "101 Dalmatians," where they can’t help but root for the adorable Dalmatian puppies. In author Catherine Fellman’s engaging book, To All My Dog Friends, she talks about one very special Dalmatian, her beloved Princess.

This picture book follows Princess as she visits the hospital with her owner. Her owner reassures her that, to have to make adaptations throughout her life, checkups are necessary to make sure she is healthy from her puppy years to her “golden years” or “senior dog” days. As readers follow her days, they will discover that “it is alright” to do different things and learn of the things that Princess likes to do.

A wonderful tribute to a beloved pet, To All My Dog Friends tells of Princess’ life until her last days when goodbye is inevitable. Dog lovers will be touched by the author’s loving bond with her pet dog and will be able to relate with the grief that comes with the loss of a dear friend. At the end of the book, readers will find pictures of the real Princess and her many adventures.

She contributes funds to 410 Perrin Animal Hospital “Indigent Fund” to stabilize and treat animals in need of emergency care in San Antonio Texas. To All My Dog Friends will be featured at the 2012 New York State Reading Association Book Exhibit in Syracuse, N.Y. on October 28 - 30, 2012 and at the California Library Association Book Exhibit in San Jose, Calif. on November 2 - 4, 2012.
