A mother and daughter team up to create a fun new business. Company co-founder, Kathy Carter, had spent her entire career in education. During the recession, Kathy knew it was time for a change and decided to start her own business. Her daughter, Melissa, suggested they should focus on what they knew best, fun school items.
“I’ve spent my life around kids, and have seen the newest and must have toys every year. My daughter wanted not only to help start our own business, but to also make it fun,” says Kathy.
Together, they came up with Giggles N Stuff™ (http://www.gigglesnstuff.com). Melissa helped pick out the cool toys and school items they would sell on their site. From the ever popular Japanese Puzzle Erasers to Hello Kitty Pencil cases, Giggles N Stuff™ always has the coolest items in stock.
“I think my favorites are the Japanese Erasers because they are so much fun to play with. The best part is you can take the erasers apart and mix and match the pieces. You can make your own eraser and show off your style,” says co-founder Melissa. With over 800 styles, and new ones coming out all the time, Japanese Erasers are Giggles N Stuff’s most popular items.
Other fun items are Sqwishland Squishy Pencil Toppers, Eraseable Whomp Charmz, Slap Bands, and other cool stuff for kids. These items are also affordable, with some starting at only 50 cents. Giggles N Stuff™is a great place to order gifts, reward toys, party favors, and stocking stuffers. They also have a flat rate shipping charge of $2.99 and usually ship out within 24 hours.
What’s next for the mom-daughter duo? Readying for the Halloween and Christmas toy rush by preparing bulk packages of their most popular toys. They are also working on creating a Giggles N Stuff t-shirt line for infants through adults. Finally, they are starting a fund raising program to help schools, non-profits, and other organizations easily raise money.
