This is the music store that Liverpool has always deserved but never had.
Liverpool (PRWEB UK) 4 October 2012
The new store, which is located right in the heart of the city centre, is more than twice the size of the existing Dawsons Music Liverpool store. The extra floor space will have one of the largest displays of guitars in the UK. Space has always been a restricting factor in the old store, but this relocation allows Dawsons to expand every product range. This includes the very best range of digital drums, a wide selection of acoustic and digital pianos, a broad range of acoustic, electric, and bass guitars from all the major guitar brands, plus, the latest developments in DJ equipment and music technology.
DJ equipment will take prime position in the new store, following on from the success the company has had in both their Manchester store and newly redeveloped Reading store.
The opening of the new Liverpool store is the latest development in what has emerged as a clear strategy for the retailer. Last year the company opened new stores in Leeds and Huddersfield and the company has just announced plans for another new store in Belfast. Managing Director, Mark Taylor, explains. “Store expansion is an important part of our growth strategy and we continue to look for new opportunities throughout the UK.”
The new Liverpool shopfit will be based on the recently refurbished Reading store, which has cemented Dawsons’ position as one of the most credible specialist retailers in the UK.
Dawsons has a strong commitment to helping musicians develop their skills and knowledge and will be continuing its tradition of running helpful and informative in-store clinics and workshops.
The Dawsons Music school will also move to the new location with improved facilities for its students.
“Liverpool’s has an amazing heritage as the music capital of Europe” enthuses Taylor. “The musicians of this city have been very good to us and we want to give them a music store to be really proud of. This is the music store that Liverpool has always deserved but never had.”
Once complete, people will be able to have a virtual tour of the Liverpool store online via Google Streetview, in the same way they can for the Dawsons Reading store https://www.google.co.uk/maps?layer=c&z=17&sll=51.46062,-0.9761400000000001&cid=-7153533042913389781&panoid=bqpEFWKEscSldXSuqnsezg&cbp=13,244.90142187821152,,0,0&q=dawsons+reading&sa=X&ei=K5JpUNvfAoO40QWFwoGgAQ&sqi=2&ved=0CIkBENoUKAAwAA and the Dawsons Manchester store. http://www.dawsons.co.uk/blog/visit-dawsons-manchester-without-leaving-your-home
