Shleppers Moving & Storage has announced its newest measures in its ongoing efforts to be more environmentally conscious. The new green initiative places a heavy focus on daily steps that can reduce the company’s energy consumption and environmental impact. Efforts range from selectively reusing boxes that are used in daily moving jobs, recycling materials that cannot be reused, and choosing products such as industrial strength rubber bands in place of non-biodegradable tape. Additionally, Shleppers makes an effort to continually replace older vehicles with newer, more fuel efficient models.
