Evette Baker Has Been Promoted to President of SPARKS

Stephen M. Sparks, Chief Executive Officer recently announced the promotion of Evette Baker to President, effective immediately.

SPARKS, a Washington, DC Metropolitan Area-based staffing, recruiting and human capital management solutions provider announced the promotion of Evette Baker to President. Ms. Baker joined SPARKS in 1999 and most recently served as Vice President. Throughout her career, Ms. Baker has acquired over 25 years of staffing and recruiting industry experience providing an innovative approach to solve the challenges faced by commercial and government clients.

In her role as President of SPARKS, Ms. Baker will help develop and implement the entire company’s strategic direction with key areas of oversight to include: achievement of operational excellence, exceeding client expectations, business development, staff development, execution of proactive leadership measures and ensuring ethical business practices. In addition to these direct responsibilities at SPARKS, Evette also serves as an active member of the American Staffing Association and Capital Area Staffing Association.
