The hotel design qualifies for LEED certification as part of Marriott's LEED Volume Program.
Structured senior financing provides the sponsor with the capital needed to move forward with the Courtyard project and an adjoining retail outparcel. The hotel is expected to open in late 2013.
Paramount's Walker Geyer, Managing Director of Capital Markets, secured the loan on the behalf of the developer. Mr. Geyer provides hotel debt and equity capital advisory services nationally to hotel owners, developers and investors. Debt capital includes senior and mezzanine loans, bridge loans and non-recourse financing.
