The house and land packages in stage 3 start at $297,478, and the turnkey packages start at $321,000. Erskine residents are beginning to take notice; the median price for a house in Erskine is approximately $420,000, which is more than $100,000 more than many of the houses in Natures Walk.
Indeed, many Natures Walk residents in the earlier stages are people who have sold their houses for median prices over $400,000, downsized, and enjoyed a nice boost to their bank accounts from the difference between the respective prices. Some of the residents are retirees who wanted to live in a development around other people, but still wanted the independence of having their own houses.
When Natures Walk is finished, it is projected to consist of 91 homes. Natures Walk is located in a pastoral section of Erskine, but is still very close to everything that Mandurah and the surrounding area has to offer.
