Australians looking for a new home in an estate need look no further than Natures Walk Estate in Erskine. 4Land Property Group, located in Perth, is launching stage 3 at Natures Walk. Natures Walk has sold most of its other stages, 1, 2, and 4, with 90% being purchased by those looking to downsize, retire, or both. Natures Walk is located at Willoughbridge Crescent and Oakleigh Drive in Erskine.
Dave Gillon, Sales Manager for the 4Land Property Group, feels that the Estate provides very affordable house and land packages within a short drive of both Mandurah and the Indian Ocean. Stage 3 has 16 lots in various sizes from 271 sq m to 360 sq m. Buyers will be able to choose between two house and land packages: the entry package or the turnkey package, named because the buyers simply purchase the home, put the key in the door, and find everything they need at their fingertips.
The houses will all consist of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and will be built by Impressions Homes. Buyers can choose from many different floor plans. All will include a large kitchen/dining/family area and an outdoor alfresco living area. Buyers will be allowed to choose between different facades to give their homes a touch of individuality.
According to Gillon, “We are finding that the turnkey package is highly popular with buyers at the Estate because the house is ready to move into without the stress of trying to find window treatments, floor coverings, painters, etc.”
He added, “These fully completed homes, which are constructed to a very high standard, also include air conditioning, security system and even a clothes line and letter box.”
“The reason why turnkey packages are popular at Natures Walk is that the vast majority of buyers are downsizers or retirees who want to move into their home immediately without any inconvenience.”
The house and land packages in stage 3 start at $297,478, and the turnkey packages start at $321,000. Erskine residents are beginning to take notice; the median price for a house in Erskine is approximately $420,000, which is more than $100,000 more than many of the houses in Natures Walk.
Indeed, many Natures Walk residents in the earlier stages are people who have sold their houses for median prices over $400,000, downsized, and enjoyed a nice boost to their bank accounts from the difference between the respective prices. Some of the residents are retirees who wanted to live in a development around other people, but still wanted the independence of having their own houses.
When Natures Walk is finished, it is projected to consist of 91 homes. Natures Walk is located in a pastoral section of Erskine, but is still very close to everything that Mandurah and the surrounding area has to offer. The estate is right next to the Len Howard Reserve, and very close to the Peel Inlet. There is a train station in nearby Mandurah where those who move to Natures Walk from Perth can take a train back to Perth with only a ten minute drive to the station.
On 20th October, Natures Walk will hold an Open Day where the public is invited to visit with residents, management, and the 4Land sales staff.
Natures Walk Estate and parent company 4Land Property Group offer affordable home and land packages located in Erskine, minutes away from Mandurah.
