About the Author
Wendy Burns has a passion for creating, preparing and enjoying food. A career in catering and her cooking classes have culminated in putting together some of her favorite recipes from many different countries. She was born in England and raised for her first formative years in Rhodesia. After marrying her husband Douglas, she came to Australia in 1968. She is widely travelled and delights in trying local cuisines and recreating the recipes she encounters.
