Financial advisors and attorneys will discuss recent trends in Mexican restructurings at a breakfast seminar to take place Wednesday, October 10 from 8:00 to 10:00 am at the New York City office of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, 200 Park Avenue, in the MetLife Building.
Significant developments in U.S.-Mexican restructurings in recent years affect both debtors and creditors. The panel of financial advisors will discuss these developments from multiple perspectives and will explain how these trends will shape future restructurings.
Paul Keenan, a Business Reorganization & Financial Restructuring Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, will moderate the panel. Neil Augustine, Co-Chair of the North American Debt Advisory and Restructuring Group at Rothschild Inc., and Brock Edgar, Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, Inc., will serve as panelists.
