TeleQuality Communications, Inc. Hires Doak Field as Director of Sales

Mr. Fields is a veteran sales manager who is looking forward to increases sales and to help TeleQuality better serve the needs of rural health care providers

TeleQuality Commnications, a specialized telecom firm that works exclusively with rural heath care providers to secure funding for telecom services and creates custom network solutions, announced today the hiring of veteran telecommunications sales manager Doak Field.

Mr. Field has over 23 years of sales and sales management experience in the telecommunications industry with companies such as Sprint, Qwest, Time Warner and Comcast. Mr. Field will be responsible for directing sales throughout the U.S.

Operating out of TeleQuality’s home office in San Antonio, Mr. Field will be responsible for managing the U.S. sales organization. He will report to CEO/Founder Tim Koxlien. “I have known Doak for over 10 years. His comprehensive understanding of managing a sales force during high growth periods will be a valuable resource to our company.”

Mr. Field has performed and managed in a variety of organizations from new start-up ventures to new product introductions for established companies.

Mr. Field is a lifelong resident of rural Texas. He attended Baylor University in Waco, TX on a football scholarship, where he acquired a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing. Prior to a career in telecom, Mr. Field spent four years as a National Football League Player. Surprisingly, In his free time he enjoys outdoor projects and watching football.
