Global Experience Specialists (GES), a leading provider of exhibitions, events and entertainment experiences, announced that Damian Morgan recently joined the company as chief operating officer for its United States operations. Morgan reports to President Steve Moster, and brings extensive experience in operations, lean manufacturing and leadership. Morgan first partnered with GES in 2009 on its Lean Six Sigma initiative while working for Accenture.

Prior to joining GES, Morgan worked for McKinsey & Company with a focus on operations. He also was a partner at Accenture for three years specializing in operational excellence and innovation, and he spent six years with Toyota Motor Manufacturing in the United Kingdom. Morgan received his bachelor of engineering degree from Coventry University in the U.K. He is based in GES’ Chicago client care center.
