In a recent Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark (FSB) Survey undertaken by Smith & Henderson on behalf of Rhythm Time, one of the leading providers of pre-school music classes, final results showed that the Music Franchise Group achieved substantially higher than average results across 97% of performance areas.

The FSB is provided by Smith & Henderson, a leading independent franchise consultancy. It works by inviting existing franchisees to participate in an anonymous online survey which asks them 31 questions about their franchise ownership experience. Using a consistent methodology, the franchise is assigned an overall FSB score and the highest performing franchisors are recognised in the Best Franchise Awards, sponsored by Lloyds TSB.

Kathy Doolan, owner and founder of Rhythm Time, was delighted with the results. “We are committed 100% to the success of our franchisees, and the results of this survey will help us not only to celebrate our strengths, but it also highlights any opportunities for development. We were particularly pleased that our franchisees gave very positive scores for critical areas such as their work/life balance, the product, and training & support.”

Rhythm Time was established in 1995 by Kathy (graduate of The Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow and Head of Music at a Scottish school). Kathy Doolan, owner and founder of Rhythm Time, started Rhythm Time in the Midlands in 1995 and is a graduate of the Royal Scottish Academy of Music. Kathy is a firm believer in the power and importance of music for babies, toddlers and pre-school children. Rhythm Time sold their first music franchise in 2000 and it still remains one of the largest within the group.
