In response to unprecedented growth, Premier HomePro has opened a new office in College Park, Maryland to service southern Montgomery, Prince Georges, and Howard Counties, as well as Washington DC. Located in the Sterling Building at 4920 Niagara Road, Suite 100, College Park MD, the company is conveniently located just off the intersection of Route 1 and 495.

“Our outlook at Premier HomePro is optimistic, but we will never sacrifice our quality for quantity," says Alan Stevens – President of Premier HomePro. "We know the industry is cyclic, with many companies still recovering from the recession. We were smart, kept it lean and stayed profitable by keeping costs down which allowed us to bring tremendous value and competitive prices to our customers."

With Q3 - 2012, the area is experiencing a renewed interest in remodeling. The remodeling environment this quarter reflects a recent increase in home values and improved consumer confidence. With online tools like Angie's LIst to help homeowners select a quality contractor, Premier HomePro, an award winning organization, is well positioned to move into this next growth phase.

According to the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University, “contractors are seeing more positive business conditions in the Washington Metro Area." Remodeling activity in the U.S. is in a position to see accelerated growth by the end of this year and into 2013, according to the Leading Indicator of Remodeling Activity (LIRA) released today by the Remodeling Futures Program at the Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University. The LIRA suggests that annual homeowner improvement spending may reach double-digit growth by the first quarter of 2013.

The combination of low financing costs, stronger consumer confidence, improving home sales, and the perception that home prices have stabilized in most markets across the country is encouraging owners to start working on the list of home improvement projects they have been putting off.

Premier HomePro is pleased with its continued growth and list of satisfied clients in Maryland and Washington DC. "Without them," says Stevens, "we would not be in the expansion phase or prepared to meet the needs of homeowners in 2013." Homeowners have placed their projects on hold for a few years now, and they need wait no longer. Investing in one’s home is a smart move giving the resident years of pleasure and increased home value.
