Peter Strauss to be Featured Speaker at 49th Annual Hawaii Tax Institute

Peter Strauss, J.D., LL.M. has been asked by the Hawaii Tax Institute (HTI) to return to Honolulu, Hawaii on November 5-8, 2012 to present at it's 49th Annual Institute, held at the Sheraton Waikiki. Mr. Strauss will present to attendees on the benefits of captive insurance planning as a wealth transfer strategy. In addition to his presentation, Mr. Strauss's firm, The Strauss Law Firm, LLC, will host an informational breakfast for CPAs and wealth advisors to learn more about captive insurance planning

Aside from the HTI, Mr. Strauss frequently speaks at conferences for other organizations, such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), National Advisors Trust Company and Physician Hospitals of America (PHA).
