Driving successful and sustainable change is a challenge in any organization. This workshop will equip professionals with the knowledge and tools to gain buy-in from key stakeholders and make their change efforts a success. Participants will learn:
- The six critical factors for successful and sustainable change.
- How to utilize a stakeholder analysis and management planning tool.
- Successful tactics that drive stakeholder adoption of a change effort.
- New change strategies gained from the state-of-the-art Change Pro Simulation.
