Author and fitness guru Joseph Perroni shares a personal and intimate look into his life-changing struggle from the depth of grief through his labored climb back to relevance and joyfulness. He bravely gives the public a front-row seat to witness how a widower’s heart breaks and how it may be healed in his book From Grief to Relief.

A fascinating, inspirational journey, the chronicle of Joe Perroni’s grief while his wife’s life was slowly slipping away despite all that medical science could do to try to heal her is gripping in its intensity and enlightenment. Seldom is an author so upfront in his feelings and seldom is understanding, empathy, and a love for the world at large seen because of these feelings. Perroni proves that manliness means a humble of acceptance of events and going on without anger and shame.

With profound honesty, passion, and insight, he questions God, cold-hearted clinical treatments, and an apathetic death-denying culture. Finding the path to higher ground was made possible by the values and love instilled in him by his family and canine companions. The trek to higher ground is difficult but necessary when one assumes pride of ownership of his or her life. Joseph Perroni hopes his truth and life experiences help others find peace.
