This year, Jon Bartos was his usual stellar self, and I have no doubt that attendees received a considerable return on their investment.

Like those in any industry, recruiting and staffing professionals must continue to hone their craft to remain successful. One of the events that offers the opportunity for training and networking is the Ohio Association of Executive Search Professionals (OAESP) Fall Workshop.
The Ohio Association of Executive Search Professionals is a non-profit organization serving the search and recruitment industry by offering best practices and educational opportunities for recruiters. The organization is comprised of member firms, with areas of specialization ranging from information technology to healthcare to telecommunications to sales and marketing.
The OAESP Fall Conference was recently held on Tuesday, October 2, at the Columbus Airport Embassy Suites in Columbus, Ohio. Hiring Hook, which offers website solutions for the recruiting and staffing industry, was an official sponsor and attendee of the event.
Jon Bartos of Jonathan Scott International was the main speaker for this year’s OAESP Fall Conference. Bartos, an extremely popular speaker and trainer within the recruiting and staffing industry, has also served as the keynote speaker for Top Echelon conferences and conventions in the past. (Hiring Hook is a product of Top Echelon, a company dedicated to helping recruiters make more placements.)
Top Echelon President Mark Demaree and Top Echelon Account Manager Tory Tucker were in attendance at the OAESP Fall Workshop. According to Demaree, the workshop was once again a top-notch event for recruiters in the Columbus, Ohio, area.
“We make it a point to attend their workshops every year,” said Demaree. “They always have great speakers and go out of their way to provide an outstanding experience for everybody who attends. This year, Jon Bartos was his usual stellar self, and I have no doubt that attendees received a considerable return on their investment.”
“I thoroughly enjoyed attending the OAESP workshop and meeting the organization’s members,” said Tucker. “This was the first time I attended an OAESP event, and it was a tremendously valuable experience. I look forward to not only attending another event, but also to helping members with their firm’s website needs.”
