I’m not looking to train those that are lazy and weak minded. It isn’t what I do and that isn’t my demographic.

Travis Stoetzel is known for training people and athletes to overcome serious challenges. Now, Stoetzel’s website is launching the Aggressive Strength Lifestyle Challenge. Participants must complete a video titled “Aggressive Strength Lifestyle Challenge” and upload it to YouTube. In addition, each participant must also detail the H.A.M. mindset.
“Going “H.A.M.” is a difficult thing to do that MOST people aren’t willing to do,” said Travis Stoetzel. “It is a lifestyle, a choice. People who go H.A.M. are all in and really looking to be their best. It isn’t for everyone so I only expect those who are truly giving it their all when it comes to the videos.”
More than 630,000 people died from heart disease in the U.S. during 2011, reports the Centers for Disease Control. “H.A.M. isn’t about workout out to correct a health problem. It is about working out to prevent one. I’m not looking to train those that are lazy and weak minded. It isn’t what I do and that isn’t my demographic. I work with people who are committed and inspired to go after their goals. The program is more to celebrate who they are and what they’re working so hard for.”
