Global digital recruitment group Evenbase announces the appointment of Rayanne Thorn as Vice President of Communications and Branding (US) for Evenbase.
Rayanne's appointment reflects the group's commitment to and focus on the US as a priority growth market. One of the world's top five digital recruitment brands, the Evenbase portfolio includes Broadbean Technology, Jobsite, OilCareers and Jobrapido, one of the world's largest job search engines.
Reporting to Evenbase Strategy Development Director, Felix Wetzel, Rayanne will oversee the growth and maintenance of the Evenbase brand in the United States. She will be responsible for brand awareness, creating an extensive social footprint, press and communications, as well as supporting companies within the portfolio in their US growth plans.
Rayanne brings to Evenbase a deep understanding of the recruiting process, a strong background in social marketing, along with a passion and drive to bring to light the human side of business. For the past three years, Rayanne has served as the Marketing Director for Broadbean North America where she provided online candidate sourcing solutions for recruiters and hiring managers. Her unique marketing approach and social branding insight aided Broadbean during a time of exponential market growth.
Prior to Broadbean, Rayanne's career spanned sourcing, direct recruitment, employee retention, marketing and sales, and consultancy on recruitment processes, alpha & beta testing, and funding-to-launch support for start ups.
