Due to high volume and excellent customer service, Crystal Travel Center Awarded Gold Crown Provider by Cruise Lines

Crystal Travel Center in Westlake Village books several thousands of cruises for their members each and every year. With that comes the potential of countless issues for frequent cruisers. On any given cruise ship, passengers have the choice of over 20 or more different styles and sizes when it comes to their accommodations. On a broader scale, cruisers have the choice of different cruise dates, itineraries, and locations worldwide. Add to that issues of getting to the cruise port on time, which includes transportation and often an overnight stay in a hotel. In short, booking a cruise isn't as easy as it seems.

According to sources at Crystal Travel, their Travel Services Center was just awarded the Gold Crown provider for the third straight year. This award is given to travel consolidators that book high volumes of cruises with the fewest complaints and highest customer satisfaction.

Crystal Travel is a high powered, member's only, private travel agency. Members must pay an initial membership fee to gain access to any and all travel, at cost. Crystal Travel can book simple travel requests such as airfare, car rentals or a night at a hotel, as well as the more complicated cruise ventures. They also specialize in exotic trips such as a two month tour throughout Europe. The best part is that they are saving members a lot of money on their travel expenses. Members no longer have to pay markups on their travel, and any and all commission is deducted from their final costs.

Most members join Crystal Travel by attending a presentation in Westlake Village and join that day to reap the benefits of their first day incentives. For someone who takes one or two week long vacations a year, this is a "no brainer" as members break even on their investment within the first year of travel alone.
